From November to March, our restaurant's chef opens the doors of his kitchen to you for a real moment of exchange.
In this cookery class, you'll discover the secrets and tricks of a Maître Cuisinier de France in how to create gourmet dishes that pay tribute to local produce.
From choosing the ingredients, explaining the recipe to preparing the dish, let yourself be guided by our chef's experience and passion.
The masterclass will be followed by a tasting of the dishes produced.
